Transforming Organizations

Helping your team drive success through Transformational Training

Our Mission

Our mission is to change the world through Transformational Leadership Training.  We work with managers and leaders around the world to make them into transformational leaders.  Too many people feel that they are being led by ineffective managers and leaders and we have made it our mission to maximize the potential of managers and leaders within organizations so that they can create a culture of trust, collaboration and transformation.

We are Transformational Leadership experts.  We have devoted ourselves to one thing: Being the best transformational leadership trainers and coaches in the world.  While many people think of a leader as someone who tells you what to do and how to do it, we believe that leadership is something much deeper than that.  Each leadership interaction is an opportunity to help others connect with their deeper selves, their core values, prime motivators and deepest life desires.

The primary skill that will transform leaders is not speaking, it is listening.  Listening to others with a belief in their brilliance has been shown through the science of mirror neurons to bring out true brilliance in others.  We want to create a world where leaders (CEOs, managers, parents, teachers) embody Transformational Listening at work and in their personal lives so that we can change the world into a more caring, loving, compassionate and positive place.

Our research has shown that human beings want to be listened to more than anything else.

In our workplaces, so much time is wasted on misunderstandings and defensiveness that could otherwise be spent on making this world a better place while having fun doing it.  We all want our teams to collaborate and the skills of Transformational Leadership are the key to turning  teams into dream teams.

Our training curriculum is based on the best tools of applied leadership research  and we offer it in two tracks: Advanced Management Training and Advanced Leadership Training and in three format options: Half Day, Full Day and Two Days.  These two training tracks mirror each other. Our research shows that the curriculum must be targeted to each audience and that senior leadership and middle management benefit from separate and complimentary training.  Our three formats allow organizations to choose the format that best fits their goals : Half Day (Exposure), Full Day (Competence) and Two Days (Mastery).
